Policies

• Payment in full is due at the start of your booking.
• You must provide an adequate quantity of your pet’s food & medication in an air-tight, hard-sided container.
• You must provide current immunization records for rabies (req.), parvovirus (req.), distemper (req.), and bordetella (rec.).
• Do not leave leashes, harnesses, bedding, toys, kennels, or food/water dishes.
• No puppies under 6 months, sick, injured, or senior dogs on borrowed time.
• I will use any equipment aids and handling techniques that I deem appropriate to ensure the safety and comfort of all persons, dogs, and other animals. I will not accept dogs I cannot personally collar up.
• If you need to modify or cancel your booking, you must do so via the booking page with at least 24 hours notice to avoid incurring additional fees.

Fees

Training / Walking (by request)
$45.00/30 minute session

Tardiness (over 15 minutes)
$120.00/hr assessed in 30 minute increments from the start of your appointment

No-Show / Late Cancellation
50% of the cost of your booking or $144.00/dog, whichever is less

Grooming (by request or necessity)
Bathing: $60.00
Nails: $45.00

Parasites (fleas, ticks, worms, etc)
$500.00/dog plus any applicable cleaning/extermination fees
